Technically, NFT stands for “non-fungible tokens”. Concretely, these are unique digital assets that represent music, an image or a video game character. They are successful in fields from art to luxury and benefit from prestigious ambassadors, such as stars, or very powerful, such as social media influencers. All was well in this little world, until the bursting of the speculative bubble of cryptocurrencies that allowed them to be bought dragged NFTs down.
The profiles of NFT buyers are diverse. They range from individuals interested in these investments or emotionally attracted to these products to hard-core speculators. Their value depends on the project in which they are attached. Among the edited collections, some images came first before the collapse after cryptocurrencies.
