SEOUL, Nov. 29 (Yonhap) — The choreography music video for K-pop girl band Blackpink singer Lisa’s solo single “Money” surpassed 300 million views at around 4 o’clock Monday morning after her production house , YG Entertainment.
After 66 days online, this clip crossed the 300 million mark. Blackpink’s “How You Like That” reached that threshold 76 days after its release.
YG Entertainment noted that this is the fastest K-pop dance music video to reach 300 million views, adding that this is a rare event for a music video in this genre.
‘Money’ is part of Lisa’s solo album, ‘Lalisa’. This album was on the UK Official Single Top 100 chart for eight weeks and on the US Billboard Hot 100 chart for two weeks.
